Terms and Conditions

Choose Clarity B.V., established in Heerlen, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce

1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, purchases, agreements, and services provided by Choose Clarity B.V.

2. Offers and Agreement

An agreement is formed when the customer completes the purchase process and payment is successfully received, or when Choose Clarity B.V. confirms the registration by email or in writing.

3. Prices and Payment

Access to the Platform, online courses, programs, or digital materials will generally only be granted after payment has been received.

Platform: the external online platform through which Choose Clarity B.V. makes its online courses, programs, and digital materials available, currently Thinkific.

4. Delivery and Access

After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the purchased online course, program, digital product, or digital service through the Platform, currently Thinkific, unless stated otherwise.

5. No Refunds After Access Has Been Granted

Because the products and services offered by Choose Clarity B.V. include immediate access to digital content, online courses, programs, digital materials, and/or the Platform, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

6. Use of the Platform and Materials

The customer may use the Platform, online courses, programs, and digital materials only for personal use or, where applicable, internal business use consistent with the purpose of the offer.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the online courses, programs, the Platform, and all related materials remain the property of Choose Clarity B.V. or its licensors.

8. Availability and Maintenance

Choose Clarity B.V. aims to keep the Platform and digital materials reasonably available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

9. Educational Purpose and No Guaranteed Results

Choose Clarity B.V. provides educational content, guidance, reflection tools, and related materials for informational and developmental purposes. Choose Clarity B.V. does not guarantee any specific personal, educational, professional, financial, or business result.

10. Participant Responsibility

The online courses, programs, test results, reflections, AI-generated insights, guidance, and other materials or communications provided by Choose Clarity B.V. are intended solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.

Choose Clarity B.V. does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or binding study, career, or business advice, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The participant or customer remains fully responsible at all times for the interpretation of test results, guidance, insights, reflections, and other content, and for any choices, actions, or decisions made on that basis.

Choose Clarity B.V. is not liable for any damage, loss, or other adverse consequences resulting from the use, interpretation, or application of test results, guidance, course content, or other communications from Choose Clarity B.V., except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If the participant has doubts regarding important personal, medical, psychological, legal, financial, study, career, or business decisions, it remains the participant's own responsibility to seek appropriate professional advice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all agreements with Choose Clarity B.V. are governed by Dutch law.
